Reservation Policies
- Reservations have to be guaranteed with a valid credit card number and expiry date. In case the credit card is invalid, the hotel have full right to cancel the booking upon verify the credit card
- 1 night penalty will be charged if any booking cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival by 6pm
Policy on Extra Bed
- One child is 5 years old or under stays free of charge on condition that no extra bed will be provided
- A sum of RM120nett per person per night will be charged for an extra bed
- Only one extra bed will be permitted in each room
