All Non-Guaranteed reservations will be automatically released by 6pm on the day of the arrival.

The following restrictions applies for reservations under this promotion:

Cancellation Policy / No Show Policy

• Once a reservation is booked you are allowed to modify/cancel online before 24 hours (local time) prior to the arrival date with 1 night cancellation fee.

• If there is a no-show, or cancellation of a room reservation less than 24 hours (local time) prior to the arrival date, the Hotel will impose a one night room charge for all rooms reserved.

We always prioritize the safety of our guests and staff during these times.

• All guests are required to present a valid ID and the e-mail voucher/booking confirmation upon arrival. Please note that failure to do so may result in not being able to check-in.

  For Filipinos: SSS/GSIS or UMID, Drivers License, OWWA for OFWs, PRC ID, Senior Citizen card, passport. Postal and Comelec only together with a second valid ID. For Foreigners: Passport, ACR, AEP. IDs such as Company ID or Student ID are not acceptable..

• Guest details on the booking voucher must match the information stated on the ID presented. If the booker is not going to check-in personally and another person will use the reservation instead, this person must present an authorization letter signed by the original guest whose name appears in the booking voucher, together with a copy of the booker's valid ID; if the authorization is sent via e-mail, it must be sent from the same e-mail address that was used to make the booking. Please note that failure to do so may result in not being able to check-in.

•  A PHP 1000 (cash) security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded on the condition that no damage or disturbance has occurred.

• Extra bed for one person can be provided at PHP 800. Subject to availability at the time of check in. One child under 8 years and below can stay for free using existing beds.

• Pay parking is available on the site! Subject to availability.

• Swimming Pool is available from Sunday to Thursday 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Friday to Saturday 07:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

• Pet Friendly available on 10th Floor, Pet Fee is P 1,000 pesos only.

• Party platters, food packs and alcoholic beverages are subject to corkage fees.

• This is a non-smoking establishment. Should the guests be caught smoking, there'll be a PHP 10,000 penalty.
