Cancellations or modifications made up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date will not incur any charges.
Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the hotel reserves the right to charge the full booking amount.
Full payment or deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or debit card.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations if no confirmation is received by 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
General Policies
Check-in time is from 1:00 pm onwards.
Check-out time is by 12:00 pm.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Any changes to booking dates, room types, or special requests are subject to availability.
Extra Bed Policy
An additional charge of RM70.00 nett per person per night applies for an extra bed, inclusive of one breakfast.
Only one extra bed or one cot/crib is allowed per room.
Cot/Crib are subject to availability.
Government Taxes & Fees
Effective 1 January 2025, the Perak State Government will impose a Local Service Charge (CPT) of RM3.00 nett per room per night. This applies to all room categories at Hotel Casuarina@Meru.
A tourism tax of RM10.00 nett per room per night applies to all foreign passport holders staying at accommodation premises in Malaysia.
