Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations or modifications made up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date will not incur any charges.
- Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the hotel reserves the right to charge the full booking amount.
- Full payment or deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or debit card.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations if no confirmation is received by 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
General Policies
- Check-in time is from 1:00 pm onwards.
- Check-out time is by 12:00 pm.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Any changes to booking dates, room types, or special requests are subject to availability.
Extra Bed Policy
- An additional charge of RM70.00 nett per person per night applies for an extra bed, inclusive of one breakfast.
- Only one extra bed or one cot/crib is allowed per room.
- Cot/Crib are subject to availability.
Government Taxes & Fees
- Effective 1 January 2025, the Perak State Government will impose a Local Service Charge (CPT) of RM3.00 nett per room per night. This applies to all room categories at Hotel Casuarina@Meru.
- A tourism tax of RM10.00 nett per room per night applies to all foreign passport holders staying at accommodation premises in Malaysia.
