• Security deposit in Cash is required, RM100nett - Hotel unit 'or' RM200nett - Premier (Apartment) unit upon Check-in. Refundable upon Check-out.

• Cancellation Policy : Any cancellation less then 72 hours before check in date modified or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

• Once we received bookings, the hotel will take a pre authorization for one night to avoid fraud bookings.

• Deposit Policy Full payment will be charged to Credit Card upon reservation. Bookings are non-refundable

• Children and Extra Bed Policy Children age 12 years old and above are consider as adult One child under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. One older child or adult is charged RM86.20++ per person per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.

• All Prices are subjected to 10% service charge and 6% SST per night

• RM10 Tourism Tax (apply to foreign guest) per room per night to be paid upon check-in and miscellaneous refundable deposit of minimum RM200 per room
