The following restrictions applies for reservations under this promotion:
Cancellation Policy / No Show Policy

Once a reservation is booked you are allowed to modify/cancel online before 24 hours (local time) prior to the arrival date with 1 night cancellation fee.

If there is a no-show, or cancellation of a room reservation less than 24 hours (local time) prior to the arrival date, the Hotel will impose a one night room charge for all rooms reserved.
- Check-in Time: 15:00
- Check-out Time: 12:00
- Special Requests are subject to availability
All Non-Guaranteed reservations will be automatically cancelled by 6pm on day of arrival unless the hotel is advised of flight details or late check-in time.
Please note that we do not charge your credit card at the time you make your reservation. The charge will only take place upon check-in or if the cancellation violates the hotel's cancellation policy.
The following restrictions apply on any reservation that requires a full payment, non-refundable or deposit:
- No Cancellation
- No Refund
- No Amendment
- Check-in Time: 15:00
- Check-out Time: 12:00
