Non-Refundable Policy:
All Bookings are confirmed and are non-refundable.
No cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the reservation is confirmed.
No Show Policy: If the guest fails to arrive on the arrival date, they will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A PHP 1000 (cash) security deposit is required upon check-in. It will be fully refunded if no damages or additional charges occur.
Extra person is PHP 800 per night. One child under 8 years and below can stay for free using existing beds.
Cardholder authorization is required upon check-in. If the guest fails to provide this, they will not be allowed to proceed their reservation until proper authorization is provided.
If check in or check out time is changed then price will be changed.
