Cancellation Policy:
Once a reservation is booked you are allowed to cancel/modify online before 48 hours (local time) prior to the arrival date.
Check-in Time: 15:00
Check-out Time: 12:00
Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
If you cancel/modify your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy:
All Bookings are confirmed and are non-refundable

No cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the reservation is confirmed.
A PHP 1000 (cash) security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded on the condition that no damage or disturbance has occurred.
Extra person is PHP 800 per night. One child under 8 years and below can stay for free using existing beds.
