If a Duplicate Reservation from a Different Reservation network is received by us, and if this duplicate reservation is not cancelled by you, then the management will, at its own discretion, honor the one at a higher tariff. Reservations with arrival at the hotel prior to 0800 hours will be held from the previous evening and are billed for, from the previous evening itself.
A One Night's Retention Charge is applicable on all No Shows.
