• All guests are required to present a valid ID and the e-mail voucher/booking confirmation upon arrival. Please note that failure to do so may result in not being able to check-in.

• For Filipinos: SSS/GSIS or UMID, Drivers License, OWWA for OFWs, PRC ID, Senior Citizen card, passport. Postal and Comelec only together with a second valid ID. For Foreigners: Passport, ACR, AEP. IDs such as Company ID or Student ID are not acceptable.

• Guest details on the booking voucher must match the information stated on the ID presented. If the booker is not going to check-in personally and another person will use the reservation instead, this person must present an authorization letter signed by the original guest whose name appears in the booking voucher, together with a copy of the booker's valid ID; if the authorization is sent via e-mail, it must be sent from the same e-mail address that was used to make the booking. Please note that failure to do so may result in not being able to check-in.

•  A PHP 1000 (cash) security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded on the condition that no damage or disturbance has occurred.

• Extra person is PHP 800 per night. One child under 8 years and below can stay for free using existing beds.

• Please be informed that the Parking Fees as follows (valid for 24 hours): Cars - PHP 150 - 200 and Motorcycles/Bikes - PHP 50 - 60. Subject to availability.

• Swimming Pool is available from Sunday to Thursday 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Friday to Saturday 07:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

• Pet Friendly available on 10th Floor, Pet Fee is P 1,000 pesos only.

• Party platters, food packs and alcoholic beverages are subject to corkage fees.

• This is a non-smoking establishment. Should the guests be caught smoking, there'll be a PHP 10,000 penalty.

• All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

• Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation 2 days prior to arrival. If you cancel/modify your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.

• Non-refundable bookings are guaranteed and cannot be amended or modified.

• No Show Policy: If the guest fails to arrive on the arrival date, they will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

• Cardholder authorization is required upon check-in. If the guest fails to provide this, they will not be allowed to proceed their reservation until proper authorization is provided.
