Terms & Conditions – BAR – FLEXIBLE | PAY AT HOTEL

• Non-guaranteed bookings will only be held until 6:00 PM on the scheduled check-in date.

• Any non-guaranteed reservation that has not been secured by 6:00 PM will be automatically cancelled and the room may be released for resale.

• Guests who wish to secure their reservation beyond 6:00 PM must provide a valid guarantee or payment, subject to the hotel’s applicable policies.

• Room availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until the reservation has been secured.

• Check-in time: 15:00 / Check-out time: 12:00

• Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

• A PHP 1000 (cash) security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded on the condition that no damage or disturbance has occurred.

• Extra person is PHP 700 per night. One child under 12 years and below can stay for free using existing beds.

Non-Refundable Policy:

• All Bookings are confirmed and are non-refundable.
• No cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the reservation is confirmed.
• No Show Policy: If the guest fails to arrive on the arrival date, they will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
