Free Cancellation Policy:

• Once a reservation is booked you are allowed to cancel/modify online before 48 hours (local time) prior to the arrival date.
• No Show Policy: If the guest fails to arrive on the arrival date, they will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Others:

• Check-in time: 15:00 / Check-out time: 12:00
• Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• A PHP 1000 (cash) security deposit is required upon check-in. It will be fully refunded if no damages or additional charges occur.
• Extra person is PHP 800 per night. One child under 8 years and below can stay for free using existing beds.
• Cardholder authorization is required upon check-in. If the guest fails to provide this, they will not be allowed to proceed their reservation until proper authorization is provided.

Non-Refundable Policy:

• All Bookings are confirmed and are non-refundable.
• No cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the reservation is confirmed.
