• A credit card guarantee of 1 night charge is required to confirm this reservation
• In case of any cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival, no-show or early checkout will incur penalty for the full stay
• Check-in time is from 1500 hours & check-out until 1200 hours
• All reservations must be at least 21 years of age to check-in and register for a room
• Note that children aged 3 and older are charged at the adult's rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box
• Rio Hotel reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice
• For payments made on arrival, please note that there will be an exchange rate incurred from HKD to MOP
