The following restrictions apply on any reservation that requires a full payment, non-refundable or deposit:
- No Cancellation
- No Refund
- Checkin Time: 14:00
- Checkout Time: 12:00
- Special Requests are subject to availability
GENERAL POLICY:
- Check-In time at 14:00 hours and Check-Out time at 12:00 hours (noon)
- Early arrival before 10:00 hours requires a guaranteed full day rate charge of one night prior to the expected arrival date.
- Check-In between 10:00 hours and 14:00 hours is subject to room availability upon arrival otherwise supplementary charge is applied.
- Late Check-Out after 12:00 hours (noon) to 18:00 hours will be charged at a half-day rate (subject to room availability).
- Late Check-Out after 18:00 hours will be charged at a full day rate as one more night's stay (subject to room availability).
- Special request is subject to availability.
- The hotel requires a room deposit of THB 1,000 per room per night upon arrival.
POLICY ON EXTRA BED:
- Child below 4 years stays free of charge.
- One child under 12 years old stays free of charge on condition that no extra bed will be provided. Additional Charge for Breakfast @ 250 per child per day.(Pay upon arrival)
- Extra person will charge THB 1000 per person per night on room only will be charged for an extra bed.
- Extra person will charge THB 1200 per person per night include Breakfast will be charged for an extra bed.
- Only one extra bed or one cot/crib will be permitted in each room.
- Cot is subject to availability.
