TERMS & CONDITION:

If cancelled or modified up to 72 Hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 100 % of the first night's stay will be charged.

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 100 % of the first night's stay will be charged(For Chinese New Year, Songkarn Festival, New Year).

Your credit card will be checked (pre-authorized) to ensure that it is valid and/or that sufficient funds are available.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Credit card must be presented upon check-in.
• Guest name and credit card name must be the same or the credit card copy with signature to be clarified.
• The hotel requires a room deposit of THB 1,000 per room per night upon arrival.

POLICY ON EXTRA BED: PAY UPON ARRIVAL

• Extra person on room only will charge THB 1000 per person per night will be charged for an extra bed. -Extra person include Breakfast will charge THB 1200 per person per night will be charged for an extra bed.
• Child below 4 years stays free of charge.
• One child under 12 years old stays free of charge on condition that no extra bed will be provided. Additional Charge for Breakfast @ 280 per child per day(Pay upon arrival).
• Only one extra bed or one cot/crib will be permitted in each room.
• Cot is subject to availability.

POLICY ON AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICE

• Private Car (Toyota Camry) — THB 1,300 net per way per car (Maximum: 3 passengers / 2–3 suitcases)
• Private Van (Toyota Commuter) — THB 1,800 net per way per van (Maximum: 6 passengers / 5–7 suitcases)

One-way service only: From Airport to Hotel or Hotel to Airport.

Booking & Payment Conditions:

• Full prepayment is required (Credit card only / charged in Thai Baht).
• Reservation must be made and paid at least 3 days prior to arrival.
