Cancellation policy: Non-refundable

TERM & CONDITION:

If cancelled or modified up to 72 Hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 100 % of the first night's stay will be charged.

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 100 % of the first night's stay will be charged(For Chinese New Year, Songkarn Festival, New Year).

Your credit card will be checked (pre-authorized) to ensure that it is valid and/or that sufficient funds are available.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Credit card must be presented upon check-in.
• Guest name and credit card name must be the same or the credit card copy with signature to be clarified.

POLICY ON EXTRA BED: PAY UPON ARRIVAL

• Extra person on room only will charge THB 1000 per person per night will be charged for an extra bed. -Extra person include Breakfast will charge THB 1200 per person per night will be charged for an extra bed.
• Child below 4 years stays free of charge.
• One child under 12 years old stays free of charge on condition that no extra bed will be provided. Additional Charge for Breakfast @ 250 per child per day(Pay upon arrival).
• Only one extra bed or one cot/crib will be permitted in each room.
• Cot is subject to availability.

GENERAL POLICY:

• Check-In time at 14:00 hours and Check-Out time at 12:00 hours (noon)
• Early arrival before 10:00 hours requires a guaranteed full day rate charge of one night prior to the expected arrival date.
• Check-In between 10:00 hours and 14:00 hours is subject to room availability upon arrival otherwise supplementary charge is applied.
• Late Check-Out after 12:00 hours (noon) to 18:00 hours will be charged at a half-day rate (subject to room availability).
• Late Check-Out after 18:00 hours will be charged at a full day rate as one more night's stay (subject to room availability).
• Special request is subject to availability.
