Non Refundable Policy , Payment upon Check in

Confirmation: *Your reservation is only confirmed once the Full Prepayment is processed

Method of Payment:

*We accept payment by VISA and MASTER CARD

*Credit card must be presented upon check-in

*A credit card number is required to confirm the booking. Your credit card will be checked (pre-authorized) to ensure that it is valid and/or that sufficient funds are available

*Guest name and credit card name must be the same or the credit card copy with signature to be clarified

*In case of no-show, full amount of stay will be charged on your credit card

Cancellation & Amendment Policies

*No cancellation, No amendment. Non-refundable.

*No show or in case of cancellation will be charged 100% from the total amount of room reserved.

Check-In and Check-Out Time Policies

*Guests check-in time 14:00 P.M and check-out time 12:00 P.M. (at Noon Time)

*Late checkout after 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. will be charged a half day rate (50% of the room rate is applied).

*Late checkout after 5:00 P.M. will be charged a full day rate (100% of the room rate is applied)

*Please contact reception before noon for extended stay.

Extra Guest Polices:

*There is no charge for children under 5 years old and under occupying the same room with parents, unless additional bedding is requested. Extra person charge of 500 baht applies to child over 10.

Visitors Polices:

*Hotel guests must inform joiner information before stay. Visitors are required to deposit a passport or I.D. card during their stay and are not allowed into the hotel after 22:00 hrs. Each unregistered persons or visitors after 22:00 hrs will be charged 500 baht as an extra person. Swimming pool facilities are restricted to hotel guests only.

*We accept only cash payment in Thai Baht, US Dollar, Euro and British Pound Sterling. Please check our daily foreign exchange rate at front desk.

Other Charges:

*Guests are required to pay 250 baht to replace a lost or damaged room key.

*In case of damaged or missing hotel property (towels, mattresses, etc.), guests are required to pay full replacement costs, referred at front desk.

*Please keep your valuables in the safe deposit box provided in your room or at front desk. The hotel is not responsible for any guest valuables or missing items.
