General Policies

• Check-Out time is 12:00 hours

• Pets is not allowed
• Smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel premises. Smoking in rooms may incur a charge of RM250 for sanitization and cleaning

Terms & Conditions

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent, inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error
• All Prices are subjected to 6% SST per night
• Rates are charged in Malaysian Ringgit currency. Therefore, the amount shown on monthly statement in other currencies sent to you by the respective credit card company might be slightly different from our quoted price due to exchange rate variations
• From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay (Connecting room is considered as 2 rooms) upon checking in. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check in. This Tourism Tax is not part of the room rates
• A Tourist Tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applicable to all foreign guests. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempt to this tax
• The City Council of Penang charges a Hotel Fee of MYR 2 per room per night payable directly to the hotel upon check-in as this is not included in the room rate
• Extra note: the Local Government Fee of MYR 2 and Tourism Tax of MYR 10 is waived for guests during July 01, 2020 - June 30, 2021 stay.
• The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card
• All guests are required to present their photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply

Child Policies

• There is no charge for child below the age of 12 years sharing a room with parent(s) on existing bedding. Maximum 1 child per room
• If an extra bed is required, regardless of age, an extra bed charge will be incurred
• Children of age 12 years and above are charged adult rates
• Children between the ages of 5 to 11 years are chargeable at child rates (half of adult price)
• Complimentary breakfast for child under 5 years old
• We don’t provide baby-sitting services , extra beds and baby cots

Cancellation & No-show Policies

• All reservations must be guaranteed, either by a credit card or cash. All cancellations and changes must be made by 6:00 pm, local time, 72 hours prior to arrival date. Otherwise, either a penalty of one night’s room rate plus tax and service will be billed to the credit card or the deposit received for the reservation will be forfeited. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the Hotel.

• In case of no show, your stay will be cancelled and your reserved room will no longer be available. No show will be charged in accordance with the hotel no show policy that 1 night of the room rate will be charged
