• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB).
• Rates quoted are subject to government tax and service charge.
• A credit card number is required to guarantee the booking
• In case of cancellation less than 1 day prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of first night reservation amount will be charged on your credit card.
• In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of first night reservation amount booked from your credit card.
• Check-in time is from 14:00 hours. Check-out is until 12:00 noon.
• Early check-in is upon room availability. Check-in from 8 - 11 am is subject to 50% room charge. Check-in before 8 am is subject to full room charge.
• Late check-out is upon room availability. Check-out from 12 - 6 pm is subject to 50% room charge. Check-out after 6 pm is subject to full room charge.
• Please note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.

• Method of Payment: On personal account upon arrival.

• Any room damages caused by guest or their partner is subject to hotel charges.
