Policy on Extra Bed

• Infant 0-2 year(s) and Children 3-4 year(s) - Stay for free if using existing bedding
• Baby cot/crib available upon request
• To request an extra bed, additional charges apply.
• Guests 13 years and older will be charged at the adult rates, an extra bed which will incur an additional charge
• Please note that the availability of extra beds is subject to the room type you select. For specific details regarding room capacity and extra bed options, kindly refer to the information provided for each individual room.

** For Corporate booking on Accounts Receivable arrangement, please kindly provide the Letter of Undertaking to us (reservation@hotelroyalsignature.com) before check-in, falling which full payment will be collected upon check-in **

Pre-authorisation: The hotel reserves the right to place a temporary hold on your credit card for an amount approximate to the cost of your reservation. It is not a charge, and the hold will be released after several business days (depending on the individual bank) if the reservation is not completed or is canceled.

Prepayment: The hotel requires payment to be made upfront in full, and it will be charged to the guest's card at any time after the booking has been completed.

**As regulated by Ministry of Finance and Royal Malaysia Customs Department, all foreign tourists will be subject to Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10.00 per room per night effective January 2023 onwards which will be collected upon check in
