- All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card
- Check-in is from 1400 hrs. Check-out is before 1200 hours
- No additional charges for children under the age of 12 (maximum of two) sharing existing bed in the same room
- For security reasons, a valid passport or physical Identity Card is required at check-in. SingPass (Digital Identity Card), Work Permit, long-term pass, driving licence and membership cards are not accepted.
- Rates are non-commissionable to any travel agents
