• All charges on Personal account (Hotel will collect full payment and deposit for miscellaneous upon arrival, Only Cash in Ringgit Malaysia or Credit card will be accepted)
• A pre-authorization on the credit card will be done any time before the arrival date
• Exchange rates for information only
• Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR)
• All request especially King bed, Connecting Room, Early Arrival or Late check out are subject to availability upon arrival
• Check in Time: 1500hrs onwards and check out Time: 1200 noon
• In the event of any request for guaranteed early check in, a full day charge is applicable as the room(s) will blocked from the day before
• Late check out is on request basis and subject to room availability. A half-day room charge is applicable for late check out until 1800 hours
• Room occupied beyond 1800 hours are charged at full day rate of the day of departure

**Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.**

Cancellation, No Show & Early Departure Policy:

• Full duration of room penalty will be charged for early departure after reconfirmation upon check in
• Cancellation or No Show,100% of night room rate charge per room per night will charged to your credit card
• Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation

Hotel Policy and Child Policy:

• Children age of 12 and above are charged at the adult rate, please include them in the number of Adult box
• Children age below 4 is free of charge, from 5 to below 11 will be charged at child rate, please include them in the number of Child box
• Children age below 11 is free if sharing the existing bed with parents
• Confirmed reservation, hotel unable to changed to any other rates
• As gazetted by the provincial health regulations, smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel
