• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent, inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error
• Amendment or Cancellation must be made in written notice to provided email or contact form in the website
• In case of no-show, 100% cancellation charge will apply.
• Rates are charged in Thai Baht currency. Therefore, the amount shown on monthly statement in other currencies sent to you by the respective credit card company might be slightly different from our quoted price due to exchange rate variations

Policy on Extra Bed

• Child 0-4 years is free of charge, sharing parents’ room and utilizing existing bedding.
• Child 5-10 years, sharing parents’ room and utilizing existing bedding. Breakfast charge 50% is required pay at hotel
• THB 1,200 per person per night will be charged for an extra bed (Not available for Superior Room)
• Only one extra bed or one cot/crib will be permitted in each room. (Except Apartment Suite)
• Cot is subject to availability

Transportation service policy

• Airport transfer service is available for Suvanarbhumi International Airport and Don Muang International Airport only.
• Airport transfer can be arrange by the Limousine contractor in the hotel premises for a surcharge, please contact the hotel 48 hrs before arrival. The hotel have full right to cancel this service if no flight details provides during the booking process.
