Booking Guarantee Policy

• Guest is required to provide the valid credit card to guarantee the booking. In case the credit card is invalid, the hotel have full right to cancel the booking upon verify the credit card

Cancellation Policy

• No penalty will be charged if any booking cancel 3 days prior to arrival
• 1 night penalty will be charged if any booking cancel within 3 days prior to arrival

Policy on Extra Bed

• One child is 5 years old or under stays free of charge on condition that no extra bed will be provided
• A sum of NTD 1,300 per person per night will be charged for an extra bed - Request available upon check in only and subject to hotel’s availability
• Only one extra bed will be permitted in each room
• Cot is not availability
