• No penalty will be charged if any booking cancel 3 days prior to arrival
• 1 night penalty will be charged if any booking cancel within 3 days prior to arrival

Policy on Extra Bed

• One child is 5 years old or under stays free of charge on condition that no extra bed will be provided
• A sum of NTD 1,300 per person per night will be charged for an extra bed - Only available for HD Palace Suite
• Only one extra bed will be permitted in each room
• Cot is not availability
