Terms & Conditions

• Effective April 1, 2012, all bookings are subject to a MYR2.00 Heritage Tax per room per night. This is to be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival
• Effective September 1, 2017, all bookings are subject to a MYR10.00 Tourism Tax per room per night. This tax only applicable to non-Malaysia or non-Permanent Residents of Malaysia. This is to be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival.
• All rates are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Full credit card details are required to confirm and guarantee the booking
• Guaranteed bookings will be held until same day arrival only
• Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival or No Show, ONE (1) night stay per room will be charged to the credit card
• Check-in time: 2.00PM onwards, Check-out time: 12.00pm
• Early Check-in at RM10.00 nett per hour, subject to room availability
• Late Check-out at RM10.00 nett per hour, from 12pm to 4pm only, subject to room availability
• Late check-out after 4pm, ONE (1) night room charges applies
• Children 12 years and older are charge at adult rate
• Security deposit of RM50.00 nett per room is required on check-in
• Security deposit refundable upon return of key card on check-out
• Credit card or cash deposit is required on check-in to guarantee payment
• Any amendments on existing reservation or cancellation must be done in our website, www.fenixinn.com (Subject to terms & conditions of your package/promotion deal)
