Policy on Extra Bed:
- No Additional charge for a child under 4 years old (Share bed with parent)
- Extra bed child for 1,000 THB / per person per night (Ages 5 - 11 years old).
- Extra bed for 1,500 THB /per person per night (Ages above 12 years old).
- Only one extra bed or one baby cot will be permitted in each room.
- Baby cot provided free of charge (Subject to availability).
Pre-authorisation
The Hotel reserves the right to place a temporary hold on your credit card for an amount approximately equal to the cost of your reservation. This is not a charge, and the hold will be released after 7-14 business days for credit cards and 30-45 business days for debit cards (depending on the individual bank) if the reservation is not completed or cancelled.
Prepayment
The Hotel requires payment to be made upfront in full, and it will be charged to the guest’s card anytime after booking has been completed.
