Prepayment & Guarantee policy:

• Valid Credit Card details is needed upon booking
• Prepayment will be made to guarantee a reservation prior to check-in date
• Bookings with invalid Credit Card details will be notified by call or email. Alternative Credit Card detail will need to be provided within 24 hours of notice. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation of booking without any further notice
• Hotel reserve the rights to cancel bookings with invalid Credit Card made within 48 hours of check-in date

Cancellation & No Show policy:

• Rate is non-refundable. Any cancellation, amendment, no show or shorten of stay will incur full stay charges

Check in/out time:

• Our check in time is 14.00 and check out time is 12.00 noon
• Early check in & late check out is subject to availability with additional charges

Airport Transfer Policy:

• An additional 50% midnight surcharge imposed for hire between 2300hrs and 0600hrs
• An additional RM50.00 imposed for any pick up within Hotel (max. 3km) before proceeding to airport (KLIA / KLIA 2 / Subang Sky Park).
• Rates are inclusive of toll fees, insurance, fuel, parking charges, maintenance and service of our chauffeurs
• Cancellation less than 4 hours prior to the pick up time will be charged in full. The cancellation must to be notified in written form and acknowledged by hotel staff
• Guests are advised to estimate a minimum of 3 hours prior to the flight ETD for transfer out to airport
• Baby seat is available at RM50 per seat

TOURISM TAX NOTICE In compliance with the Tourism Tax Act 2017 by the Government of Malaysia, a Tourism Tax of RM10nett per room night will be imposed with effect from 1st September 2017. This tax amount, applicable to non-Malaysian guests only, is separate from the room bill and/or room rate and will be reflected in the itemized billing upon check out. Kindly note that this tax is not inclusive of the service charge and SST.
