Terms & Conditions : Flexible Rate

• If cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 100 % of the first night's stay will be charged.

• Your credit card will be checked (pre-authorized) to ensure that it is valid and/or that sufficient funds are available.

General Policies

• Check-In time as of 14:00 hours and Check-Out time is at 12:00 hours (noon).
• Early arrival before 10:00 hours requires a guaranteed full day rate charge of one night prior to the expected arrival date.
• Check-In between 10:00 hours and 14:00 hours is subject to room availability upon arrival otherwise supplementary charge is applied.
• Late Check-Out after 12:00 hours (noon) to 18:00 hours will be charged at a half-day rate (subject to room availability).
• Late Check-Out after 18:00 hours will be charged at a full day rate as one more night's stay (subject to room availability).
• Special Request is subject to availability

Policy on Extra Bed

• One child under 12 years old stays free of charge on condition that no extra bed will be provided.
• A sum of THB 765++ per person per night will be charged for an extra bed.
• Only one extra bed will be permitted in each room.
