Terms & Conditions

• Cancellations or modifications made up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date will not incur any charges.
• Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the hotel reserves the right to charge the full booking amount.
• Full payment or deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or debit card.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations if no confirmation is received by 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

General Policies

• Check-in time is from 1:00 pm onwards.
• Check-out time is by 12:00 pm.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Any changes to booking dates, room types, or special requests are subject to availability.

Extra Bed Policy

• An additional charge of RM70.00 nett per person per night applies for an extra bed, inclusive of one breakfast.
• Only one extra bed or one cot/crib is allowed per room.
• Cot/Crib are subject to availability.

Government Taxes & Fees

• Effective 1 January 2025, the Perak State Government will impose a Local Service Charge (CPT) of RM3.00 nett per room per night. This applies to all room categories at Hotel Casuarina@Meru.
• A tourism tax of RM10.00 nett per room per night applies to all foreign passport holders staying at accommodation premises in Malaysia.

• No Cancellation/Refund/Amendment
• Checkin Time: 13:00
• Checkout Time: 12:00
• Special Requests are subject to availability

Promotion is valid from 1st to 31st July 2026.

A surcharge of RM30.00nett per room per night applies for an upgrade to the next room category, subject to availability.

A surcharge RM50.00 will occur during festive seasons or public holiday.

Direct payment to Hotel is required. Not applicable for payments via LO/LOU/eP and any group booking.

This offer cannot be redeemed with any other ongoing offer or promotion.

Cancellations must be made at least one (1) day before the arrival date.
