TERM & CONDITION:

*** During 1 May to 31 Oct If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 100 % of stay will be charged.

*** During 1 Nov to 23 Dec and 6 Jan to 30 Apr If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 100 % of stay will be charged.

*** During 24 Dec to 5 Jan If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 100 % of stay will be charged.

Your credit card will be checked (pre-authorized) to ensure that it is valid and/or that sufficient funds are available.

PLEASE NOTE:

Credit card must be presented upon check-in. Guest name and credit card name must be the same or the credit card copy with signature to be clarified. GENERAL POLICY:

Check-In time at 14:00 hours and Check-Out time at 12:00 hours (noon) Special request is subject to availability.

POLICY ON EXTRA BED:

• One child under 12 years old stays free of charge on condition that no extra bed will be provided.
• Extra person will charge THB 1,000 per person per night will be charged for an extra bed during 1 May to 31 Oct and THB 1,250 During 1 Nov to 30 Apr.
• Only one extra bed or one cot/crib will be permitted in each room.
