• If cancelled or modified up to 05 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later 100 % of the first night's stay will be charged. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the entire length of stay will be charged.
• A valid cc is required to be provided upon booking made, if the hotel found the cc is invalid, the hotel have full right to cancel the booking at 05 days prior to arrival day

• Check-In time as of 15:00 hours and Check-Out time is at 12:00 hours (noon)
• Early arrival before 10:00 hours requires a guaranteed full day rate charge of one night prior to the expected arrival date
• Check-In between 10:00 hours and 14:00 hours is subject to room availability upon arrival otherwise supplementary charge is applied.
• Late Check-Out after 12:00 hours (noon) to 18:00 hours will be charged at a half-day rate (subject to room availability)
• Late Check-Out after 18:00 hours will be charged at a full day rate as one more night's stay (subject to room availability)
