GENERAL POLICY:

• Rates are inclusive of VAT, Local Tax and Service Charge.

• Check-In time at 14:00 hours and Check-Out time at 12:00 hours (noon).

• An extra fee is applicable to Non-registered guest, Extra guests or Joiners. The extra guest fee will be charged @ THB 1,500 per person per time.

• In case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation.

• All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Child Policy :

• Infant (0-1 year old) is staying for free of charge.

• Child 2-11 years old stays free of charge on condition that no extra bed no breakfast will be provided.

• An extra bed price for child under 12 yrs. @ THB 400 per person per day without breakfast and THB 500 per person per day with breakfast. If required, please pay at hotel directly.

• Child ages equal or over than 12 years old, hotel charges equivalent as a adult’s rate.

• Only one extra bed or one cot/crib will be permitted in each room.

Deposit Policy:

• The payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

• In case of refund, there will be 5% credit card processing fee for the refund.

Parking: Parking is available and reservation is required in advance

Pets: Pets are not allowed
