- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB).
- Rates quoted are subject to government tax and service charge.
- A credit card number is required to guarantee the booking
- In case of cancellation less than 2 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of first night reservation amount will be charged on your credit card.
- In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of first night reservation amount booked from your credit card.
- Check-in time is from 14:00 hours. Check-out is until 12:00 noon.
- Early check-in is upon room availability. Check-in from 8 - 11 am is subject to 50% room charge. Check-in before 8 am is subject to full room charge.
- Late check-out is upon room availability. Check-out from 12 - 6 pm is subject to 50% room charge. Check-out after 6 pm is subject to full room charge.
- Please note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.

- Method of Payment: On personal account upon arrival.

- Any room damages caused by guest or their partner is subject to hotel charges.
