Policy on Extra Bed

• One child under 12 years old stays free of charge on condition that no extra bed will be provided.
• A sum of SGD100++ per person per night will be charged for an extra bed (Not available for Club Rooms).
• Only one extra bed or one cot/crib will be permitted in each room.
• Cot is subject to availability.

Pre-authorisation (Flexible cancellation): The hotel should be informed of any cancellations at least 2 days prior to arrival. In the event of late cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival, a first night room charge is applicable.The Hotel reserves the right to place a temporary hold on your credit card for an amount approximate to the cost of your reservation. It is not a charge and the hold will be released after several business days (depending on individual bank) if the reservation is not completed or cancelled.
