Policies on Extra Bed
- Up to 2 children under the age of 12 stay free of charge on a condition that no extra bed will be provided.
- A sum of SGD80++ per night will be charged for an extra bed, bed only. (Arrangement is not available for Premium Executive Room and Club Room)
- Only 1 extra bed or 1 cot/crib will be permitted in each room.
- Cot is subject to availability.
Pre-authorisation (Flexible cancellation): The hotel should be informed of any cancellations at least 1 day prior to arrival. In the event of late cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival, a first night room charge is applicable.The Hotel reserves the right to place a temporary hold on your credit card for an amount approximate to the cost of your reservation. It is not a charge and the hold will be released after several business days (depending on individual bank) if the reservation is not completed or cancelled.
