- Guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in
- A valid photo identification must be presented at check-in
Party & Smoking Policy
- Parties and private events are strictly prohibited in the rooms
- A maximum of 4 visitors are permitted before 1900hrs and they must be registered
- The Resort reserves all rights to reject unruly guests/visitors
- External catering, unauthorized fixtures/decorations and smoking are NOT allowed
- Recovery fee is applicable to restore the room
Pre-authorisation (Flexible cancellation)
- The hotel should be informed of any cancellations at least 7 days prior to arrival.
- 1 night fee will be imposed for cancellations of Flexible room rate within 7 days prior to arrival
- Full stay charge will be imposed for no-show
- The Hotel reserves the right to place a temporary hold on your credit card for an amount approximate to the cost of your reservation. It is not a charge and the hold will be released after several business days (depending on individual bank) if the reservation is not completed or cancelled.

- A cash or pre-authorized amount on your credit card is required upon Check-In to cover potential incidental charges
- Guest will be required to present the same credit card used for making their reservation for payment of their stay.
- The number of guests in the rooms must be registered
- All bed types and room views requests are subject to room availability upon arrival
- Check-in Time: After 1500hrs, Check-out Time: Before 1200hrs.
- Surcharge for Early Check-In / Late Check-Out as follows:
- 1 night room rate for Early Check-In before 0900hrs / Late Check-Out after 1800hrs
- SGD150++ or 50% of room rate (depending which is higher) for Early Check-In between 0900hrs – 1500hrs / Late Check-Out between 1200hrs – 1800hrs
- Special Requests are subject to availability
- Pets are only permitted for guests on the "Pampered Paws" package
