The following restrictions apply on any reservation that requires a full payment, non-refundable or deposit:

• All rates mentioned are quoted in Singapore dollars
• All rates are subject to 10% Service charge and prevailing Goods and Services Tax
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card
• In case of cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show, 1 NIGHT-STAY per room will be charged on your credit card
• Check-in is from 1500hrs. Check-out is before 1200hrs
• No additional charges for children under the age of 5 (maximum of one) sharing existing bed in the same room. Child age from 13 and older will be charged at the adult rates
• Extra bed requires a charge of $60.00++ inclusive of 1 breakfast per night
• Rates are non-commissionable to any travel agents
• All requests (Inter-connecting rooms, bed types, etc) are noted and subjected to availability on the day of arrival
• All accommodation provided in terms to bookings made on this website will be subject to the standard Hotel Royal terms and conditions of residence
• Swimming Pool Opening Hours: 0600hrs to 2200hrs
• Durian & Pets not allowed in our hotel premises

Policy on Extra Bed

• One child under 5 years old stays free of charge on condition that no extra bed will be provided.
• A sum of $80++ per person per night will be charged for an extra bed. Only one extra bed or one cot/crib will be permitted in each room.
• Cot is subject to availability.

Pre-authorisation: The Hotel reserves the right to place a temporary hold on your credit card for an amount approximate to the cost of your reservation. It is not a charge and the hold will be released after several business days (depending on individual bank) if the reservation is not completed or cancelled.

Prepayment: The Hotel requires payment to be made upfront in full and it will be charged to the guest’s card any time after booking has been completed.
